The external treatment of internal diseases in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine includes chiropractic in children,massage in children,pressing beans at ear points and other techniques,which has been serving the front line of disease treatment and disease prevention in children.The specific objectives of the"321 project"are as follows:in the first phase,train one health manager in 340 community health service centers in Beijing;Accurately sort out the external treatment norms of 20 common pediatric diseases;Establish 10 demonstration brand service points.
According to experts,at present,the first phase of the"321 project"has sorted out 20 common diseases of internal and external treatment in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine,such as anorexia,allergic rhinitis,adenoidal hypertrophy,functional dyspepsia,constipation,abdominal pain,gastritis,stomatitis,chancre,urticaria,ametropia,night cry,frequent urination,enuresis,sweating,infant eczema,obesity,stagnation of appetite,multiple twitch and scoliosis.These are the symptoms that community doctors often encounter in the process of reception.Through"one disease,one policy",a corresponding teaching material system is formed.For example,taking anorexia in children as an example,the project specially issued the standardized operation and health guidance scheme for the external treatment of internal diseases in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,through practical teaching,the diagnosis and treatment technology and health management concept are transmitted to community doctors in an easy to master way.
