In the afternoon of March 25,Wang Xiaodong,deputy director of Xi'an Medical Insurance Bureau,Wu Yan,director of the Medical Service Department without administration,Sun Lijun,deputy director of the Treatment Guarantee Department and other four people came to Xi'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital to investigate the environment for TCM and rehabilitation projects.Wang Xiaoyan,Vice President of Xi'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Shi Gang,Chief Accountant,and heads of medical insurance office,medical department,economic management department,financial department,pharmacy department were included in the meeting.
At the symposium,Deputy Director Wang Xiaodong exaggerated that on the one hand,this investigation should promote the inclusion of TCM and rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment projects in outpatient medical insurance reimbursement;On the other hand,we should do a good job of off-site settlement of outpatient prices.These are issues of great concern to the elderly and are also major projects that benefit the people.It is expected that the hospital will be able to put forward valuable opinions and suggestions from the perspective of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,and cooperate in this work that benefits the people's livelihood.
Wang Xiaoyan,vice president of the hospital,said that the Chinese medicine rehabilitation project is included in the scope of outpatient medical insurance reimbursement,which is the strong support of the medical insurance bureau for Chinese medicine.It will not only ease the pressure of being hospitalized for a bed,but also save medical insurance funds on the basis,which is more conducive to promoting the development of Chinese medicine.
Huangfu Yidi,the director of the medical insurance office,proposed to appropriately increase the reimbursement ratio of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture according to the survey;Appropriate technologies and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of common diseases and frequently occurring diseases with significant curative effect:"treatment of winter diseases in summer"and"prevention of winter diseases in winter"are included in the overall planning of medical insurance clinics;Suggestions such as appropriately improving the medical insurance quota of medium-sized hospitals.
