Recently, xiaofangjun learned from Jieyang public resources trading center that the project of elderly rehabilitation center of Puning traditional Chinese medicine hospital was approved by Puning development and Reform Bureau (PFG [2018] No. 164 and [2020] No. 194) and the bidding method (pfgh [2018] No. 60) was approved by Puning Municipal Development and Reform Bureau. The bidder was Puning Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, and the construction funds were subsidized and raised by the superior. The project has met the bidding conditions, and the design of the project is now subject to public bidding.
It is reported that the project covers an area of 3300 square meters, with a total construction area of 36600 square meters, including 33400 square meters above the ground and 3200 square meters under the ground. The project design of elderly rehabilitation center of Puning traditional Chinese medicine hospital mainly includes one 13 storey rehabilitation building and two 9-storey rehabilitation apartments with 600 beds and 300 parking spaces.
The total planned investment of the project is 198.05 million yuan, and the estimated bidding amount of project construction and installation cost is 165.973 million yuan. The bidding contents include civil engineering, installation engineering, decoration engineering, outdoor landscape engineering and road auxiliary engineering design of the project. Specifically including but not limited to: planning and design, scheme design, preliminary design, design budget, construction drawing design, design service guidance during the construction period. The total construction period is 150 calendar days.
The elderly rehabilitation medical center of Puning traditional Chinese medicine hospital is a key project of Jieyang City, and also a key supervision project of Puning City Government. The purpose is to provide a comfortable medical and health care place for the majority of elderly patients, so as to achieve "the elderly have a sense of security and medical care", and help to solve the current serious problem of aging.
In this year's government work report, it was mentioned that we should comprehensively promote the construction of medical and health service capacity and accelerate the construction of the elderly rehabilitation medical center of the Municipal Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. After the completion of the elderly rehabilitation medical center, it is expected to become the largest and first elderly rehabilitation medical center in eastern Guangdong, which will further improve the medical service quality of Puning traditional Chinese medicine hospital and benefit the people in surrounding areas.
